We partner with the Shelby facility in serving the residents of Toole County, primarily, of course, North Toole County. Toole County is pleased to offer Montana Library 2 Go, a service offering downloadable audio and e-books. Just get your library card number from your local librarian, click on the logo to the right, and you are set to begin checking out materials. We have an excellent selection of children's and adult's books, as well as audio books and movies. Inter-Library Loan is also available for any books, audios or magazines we do not carry. We have free Internet access and also a Hospitality Room to be used for meetings at no charge. The library also offers a Fun Summer Reading Program. This incentive program encourages pre-school through 6th grade students to read throughout the summer. During the summer of 2010, 31 readers were involved in this program. In connection with the reading program,we have in-library activities every Friday from 10:30 until 11:30. The local book club, Readers Unite!, meets the third Thursday of every month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in the Library Hospitality Room. During the school year the library also sponsors a preschool reading time once a week for an hour. Please call the library for additional information. |
