Sunburst Senior Center

Sunburst Senior Center is good place to eat lunch, for a very reasonable price.  The best part of the meal, though, is the laughter and conversation at the tables.  Lunch is served at the Senior Center, 114 1st Ave. South, each weekday at noon.  Please call 937-2115 before 10:00 a.m. if you will be joining them for lunch.  One evening meal month per month is served, instead of lunch.  Meals can be delivered, when necessary. 

There is a year round exercise class "Keep your Joints Moving" for seniors, and anyone else, who wants to get in a workout.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:15 am at the Parishing Hall right next to the Lutheran Church.

We encourage everyone to eat lunch at the Senior Center – you will meet some really great people!

Kevin Senior Center

Lunch is served on weekdays, at noon, at the old Kevin Depot (Cool Thing #21).  Good meals are very reasonable: $4.00, if you are over 60 yoa, and $3.00, for those who are less than 60 yoa.  You can’t get a full course meal for that price at many places.  Two of us were told at lunch, that you shouldn’t eat cookies as part of a meal; and I felt a little sorry for the misguided diner, because his mother obviously misinformed him, in his youth.  Call Violet at the Kevin Senior Center at 337-2115, if you want a great meal, with great people.
